1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using HisabSaathi, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

HisabSaathi provides business management and digital business solutions that may include billing, inventory management, point-of-sale functionality, customer and supplier management, reporting, employee management, online store functionality and other related features.

Available features may vary depending on your selected plan, subscription, configuration and applicable service availability.

HisabSaathi subscriptions and packages do not include any printer, billing printer, thermal printer, barcode printer, or other printing hardware. Any printer or hardware required for using the service must be purchased separately by the customer. HisabSaathi does not provide, supply, or include printers as part of any standard subscription, plan, package, or promotional offer unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

3. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login credentials secure.

• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You should keep your password confidential.
• You should notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain HisabSaathi services may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing periods and included features will be communicated at the time of purchase or subscription.

Subscription fees are non-refundable Under any circumstances

Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in accordance with Indian law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse HisabSaathi or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of our services.

• Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not interfere with servers or networks.
• Do not upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Do not abuse, reverse engineer or exploit the service.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of HisabSaathi may involve the collection and processing of information required to provide our services.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled through our platform. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information regarding the collection and use of data.

7. Intellectual Property

HisabSaathi, including its software, design, branding, logos, interface, content and related technology, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our software or branding without prior written permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep HisabSaathi available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

HisabSaathi customer support is available Monday to Friday, between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM (IST), subject to staff availability and operational capacity. Support requests received outside these hours will be addressed during the next available support period. Response times may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request. Support availability does not guarantee immediate resolution of every issue, and technical issues may require additional time for investigation and resolution

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws or otherwise poses a risk to the service or other users.

Users may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable subscription or payment obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HisabSaathi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and records of important business information.

11. Customization & Additional Development

HisabSaathi is provided with the features and functionality included in the selected plan. Customizations, modifications, new features, third-party integrations, design changes, or development work specifically requested by a customer are not included in the standard subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any such customization or additional development may be provided at an additional cost, which will be communicated and agreed upon before the work begins. HisabSaathi is under no obligation to undertake customization requests without payment or prior written agreement

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

Updated terms will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
